How do I place an order?

To complete your order, please follow the payment steps. After confirming your shopping cart, select a payment method and continue.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot make any changes; the size or color of an item cannot be changed. However, you can cancel an order if it has not yet been processed.

How can I pay for the order?

We offer various secure payment methods. All payments are SSL encrypted. You can pay for your order with a credit or debit card.

The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard®, Maestro®.

PayPal is another secure payment method that allows you to pay for your order using your PayPal account. Your account details and credit card information are transmitted directly via PayPal.

Is your payment secure?

Your transaction and payment information is processed directly by our payment providers using secure encryption according to strict banking standards. Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and can only be read or viewed by your bank, not even by MOREMONEYMORELOVE.

Can I order by phone?

We currently do not offer telephone orders.

When will the order be shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the confirmation date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment online. For information about shipping and delivery of your order, please contact our customer support.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and the shipping method chosen. Shipping and delivery times are specified during the ordering process.

Can the delivery address be changed afterwards?

Once your order has been sent, you can no longer change your delivery address. However, you can contact the transport service provider directly and make an alternative delivery arrangement.

Are there any additional costs?
